a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of Florence. Location is ideal with access to all major attractions in less than 20 min walk. If travelling by car, the Borghese Art Palace is an excellent choice with premium parking located right next door. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a highlight with a broad array of choices. Highly recommended for a rewarding stay in Florence.

Wonderful location within walking distance to all major sights in the city. Easy to reach the hotel from the airport (or vice versa) with the tramway. Stable wi-fi and a good variety at breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful hotel, conveniently located to restaurants, attractions, laundromat. Very helpful staff. My wife fell sick and the staff helped her to see a doctor immediately. Would stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel was right in the heart of Florence - that made the stay so lovely. Also, it was just perfectly clean and welcoming.

This hotel is CENTRALLY located within walking distance of many of the main city attractions. The rooms are well appointed. Fantastic air con that worked throughout my stay. A very generous breakfast that provided a diverse selection to start your day. The hidden gem is the cellar wellness centre: gym, steam room, sauna , jacuzzi and massage area. A must to soothe your tired feet after a long day of exploring. The building is a blend of modern furnishings, modern art exhibit housed in palace of the nobility from many centuries ago. Many thanks to Fillipo, Lucrezia , Chiara and the rest of the superb reception team to ensured that my stay was just perfect! I would certainly stay here on my next visit, moreso now that I know that the hotel also has a fully furnished apartment as an option for my stay!

the style of this hotel is beautiful,the lift that goes up through the centre of a spiral staircase is the main feature. Art is regularly changed on the walls which is a great talking point . breakfast is nice with a decent choice. The younger ones on reception where incredible lovely and we spent ages talking to them and comparing countries and different accents. The rooms were very decent size and lovely decor too . Perfect location to visit Florence . definitely recommend.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. One tiny misunderstanding about a taxi on our departure day was resolved really well by the team at reception. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

The location was superb,walking distance from the Bargello Museum, Duomo, the uffizi,Ponte vecchio etc. The hotel is very comfortable, the stuff whent out of their way with all our request. The breakfast buffet did have a very good selection of food ,with delicious pastries made by the local patisserie for them. Plus I can't praise enough the stuff for all their help. Luca,Chiara,Doris,Francesca,Filippo e Damiano thank you again for all your support and help,we will back soon.

Excellent location to explore the city, and down a back street so is away from the crowds. Easy to get to and great for the train/tram and bus links.
